As you'd expect in an environment that is part art gallery and part private home we have a few important dos and don'ts. Please abide by these. We expect the vast majority of visitors will.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any accidents or personal injuries sustained while at Jupiter Artland. You enter at your own risk. But sensible footwear (wellies recommended) and sensible behaviour should see you right.

PLEASE DO:

Enjoy the park and allow others to enjoy it as well
Enjoy all the facilities, including the café and shop
Use the designated car park
Photograph the art works (as long as it's not for commercial use) - Please contact us if you would like your images to be used to help promote Jupiter Artland.
Feel free to ascend the Jencks Life Mounds by way of the paths
Take responsibility for any children or teenagers in your charge
Report any vandalism, anti-social behaviour or breach of these rules to a member of staff.

PLEASE DON'T:

Bathe in the water features (there's the odd piranha)
Play loud music or drop litter
Bring a picnic or BBQ
Take pushchairs into the woodland area (we suggest slings or papooses for babies)
Bring dogs (except assistance dogs)
Enter the private house area (which includes the formal rear garden)
Park in the through-ways
Climb any of the sculptures (any damage must be paid for and we will pursue vandalism of any sort)
Roll down the undulations of the Jencks Life Mounds (however tempting this may seem!) Again, any damage will be paid for and we will not take responsibility for any personal injury.

Weather
If the weather is particularly wet and miserable, we reserve the right not to open the estate on any given day due to safety issues. In such circumstances, if you have pre-booked, a full refund will be made or your visit can be re-arranged for another time that suits you.

All visitors MUST book in through the booking system to visit Jupiter Artland.
